About Sexton Lawn & Landscaping: Fairhope's Premier Landscaping Company

It all started from owner Sid Sexton competitively playing soccer around the world. He cultivated, through the years of working and competing, invaluable skills such as teamwork, communication, attention to details and leadership. From soccer he earned an athletic scholarship to Missouri Valley College where he studied business and horticulture.

After graduation, he joined a much larger team and signed up for the United States Coast Guard. This experience gave him an even deeper understanding of leadership and accountability. While on active duty, he met his wife. They settled in South Alabama where she is originally from and then started their own team.

Sexton L&L, Inc started in 2004 with just one employee, Sid Sexton, and an old pickup truck with used trailer. The Sexton team has grown over the last 14 years to be the premier landscape management company along the Gulf Coast, building each year upon the idea that we take care of and develop our team through coaching and training, first and foremost.

More than 10 years later, our Fairhope landscaping company continues to grow with a competent team of lawn maintenance, lawn care, and landscaping crews, office administrators and a professional landscape architect. Each team member strengthens Sexton's ability to provide the highest quality lawn care and landscape services to customers throughout Daphne, Fairhope, Spanish Fort, and Mobile.

As a Certified Landscape Professional within the Alabama Nursery and Landscape Association, our team has the credentials to support our enthusiasm. Sexton Lawn & Landscape has made continued learning and unmatched lawn care some of our top priorities. Our landscape company has devoted countless hours to researching, testing and studying the best methods to eliminate lawn disease on the Eastern Shore.

We specialize in using organic matter and probiotics to rebuild the topsoil in diseased lawns - which is also better for the environment and safer for customers. By implementing organics into the lawn care program, Sexton's customers see greater plant health, less disease, less insect infestation, and most importantly, they are exposed to fewer chemicals.

The Sexton team takes pride in creating residential and commercial landscapes that impress customers of various sizes, needs and values. Often times a customer knows what they want, but they find it difficult to translate their ideas into a tangible concept.
