This is an entry – level role with a defined career path that leads to advancement when followed. There is strong likelihood of promotion after 3 – 9 months. No experience is necessary, but some never hurts. Our ideal candidate is someone who is excited to work within a team to provide turf care along the Gulf Coast. The lawn care spray technician works directly under the lawn care manager to help accomplish daily production. This position is expected to be a responsible, independent team members within the crew to manage projects in the foreman’s absence with a positive attitude, consistent work ethic, and good communication with the customer, office, and vendors. Lawn Care Technician will be responsible to be a productive member of the team while developing your knowledge and skill level. Candidates must have reliable transportation and a valid, clean driving record in order to be an insured driver on our team. We are seeking exceptional people to join our tribe and be part of something amazing.
